Glenn has over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry. He’s had multiple certifications and studied Nutrition and Exercise Sports Science.
Glenn initially began training clients in one-on-one settings and specialized in sport-specific performance and bodybuilding. As a manager for multiple gyms, Glenn was tasked with trainer development. His passion for helping others to achieve their fitness goals continued in the private sector as he returned to his original career. Glenn was introduced to Orangetheory Fitness in 2014 and took on the role of Studio Manager for NC’s first location. He later transitioned into the role of Group Trainer.
Jen has been drawn to health and fitness since she was a little girl. As a competitive gymnast and cheerleader, she was always active and excited to learn and apply new training techniques to improve her performance. This active lifestyle in youth naturally lead her to her passion, a career in health and fitness.
As a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, Jen has been able to apply her knowledge and successfully guide individuals to their goals. Jen has had many great opportunities in the health and fitness field and is looking forward to continued growth in her education and career.
