By using treadmills, rowing machines, hand weights, TRX Suspension Training, and floor exercises, our knowledgeable personal trainers will lead you through an intense sixty-minute group workout that will leave you feeling amazing.


Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions have been developed using the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), and are designed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone. When you are able to keep your heart rate within that targeted range, your metabolism is stimulated and your energy is increased. This results in extra energy and calorie burn for 24-36 hours after your workout—or what we like to call the "Orange Effect"!


Our hour-long session is ideal for all fitness levels, whether you have just had a baby or are a fitness expert, as the intensity of our workouts is based on your own heart rate.
